Our policy is 30 days for returns. If 10 days have passed since the date of purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Returns are excluded for several types of goods. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. In addition, we do not accept returns of intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items for which returns are excluded:
* Gift vouchers
* Downloadable software products
* Certain health and personal care items

For return purposes, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In some cases only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts due to causes beyond our control.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original card or payment method within a certain number of days.


Late or overdue refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is formally registered.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full-price items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds are possible for clearance items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email doublasbeauty@gmail.com and send the item to the following address: via cavour 7 33041 Aiello del Friuli UD Italy.

Gifts
If at the time of purchase the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher corresponding to the value of the returned item. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift has had the order sent to you in person, we will send a refund to the person who made the gift and they will be made aware of your return.

Shipping
To make a return, send the product to the following address: via cavour 33041 Aiello del Friuli UD Italy.

Shipping costs for the return of the item will be charged to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

Depending on the country you live in, the time needed for the delivery of the replacement product may vary.

If you need to ship an item worth more than €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item
